We will work hard with the pilots to navigate any weather issues but please realize this fact and the fact that it is the same for every balloon festival in the world and we cannot control that! \n🎈BALLOON EXPECTATIONS: If you have never been to a balloon festival\, you may think the balloons are up all day or perpetually fly and land—this is not the case.\n‼️BALLOONS WILL NOT BE INFLATED WHEN THE GATES OPEN‼️\nThe tethered balloon and walk balloon will be up the majority of the event. A few balloons may fly off during the event but realize that while watching them fly off is fun\, after they lift off within minutes they are gone and will not be back for at least a couple hours! We try to make sure all balloons are available to do a spectacular glow Friday and Saturday near sunset. \n🎈RIDES-this is a big question! There are 2 types of rides available: tethered rides and chartered flights. You must apply IN ADVANCE for these flights and be scheduled. The cost is $350/person and payable directly to your pilot.
